Co-founder and Principal, John has been leading and inspiring the Giovatto Agency for over three decades. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to build and nurture relationships with his staff, his vendors, and of course his clients - most of whom have been with him for over 20 years. John believes it is important to understand not just the current advertising landscape, but to keep up with the latest trends and strategies for all of his clients' businesses. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, hitting the gym, and cooking up some of his favorite Italian dishes for his wife of 26 years and son who is attending school while working at the agency.
As an exceptionally sharp team leader, Mario has been an excellent Co-founder and Principal for well over thirty years at the Giovatto Agency. Since the very beginning, Mario has been determined to provide outstanding service to all clients. With this goal in mind, as well as a mastery of the marketing and advertising industry, he has motivated the entire team and driven the Agency to where it is today. His work ethic and clever strategizing has inspired the team pushing it to become one of the leading advertising agencies in the NJ/NY area. When Mario is not working hard at the Agency, he enjoys hiking, skiing, tailgating at Jets games and cooking amazing meals for his entire family.
Nick started his career at Giovatto in 2011 as an Account Manager, and learned early on that we’re more than just an agency. We’re a trusted and proactive partner to each one of our accounts, committed to delivering optimal marketing strategies for achieving and exceeding our clients’ unique goals. When he’s not working with clients, he’s usually spending time with his friends and family, watching the Giants, and building the winning fantasy football team in our office league.
Since graduating from Fordham University, Sam’s held many roles at Giovatto during her 12+ year tenure, all of them with a tremendous importance on leading-edge marketing. With a strong background in digital, she’s grown and expanded the capabilities of our in-house marketing team to assist clients over a broad range of industries from B2B to B2C, and most importantly Banking. Analyzing efforts and building on those results is a keystone to any successful campaign and something we perform with every client and every campaign. When she gets home from the office, she likes to relax and watch Bravo with a glass of wine.

Over 20 years of experience creating award-winning work across a diverse mix of industries, clients, and media -- building successful teams, companies, and relationships along the way. While not playing the role of agency executive, he’s always busy as a husband and father to two active boys.
Beginning his career in information technology for a leading telecom company Steven has brought to the Giovatto Agency extensive experience in working with large enterprise clients. With over 25 years of consultative selling and the rise in technology driven marketing has led to new and exciting opportunities. Steven has been a part of building successful business relationships with companies such as ADP, Konica Minolta, and T-Mobile. As a sales and marketing professional he understands the key to success is dependent upon the talent and commitment of the team. He has the highest level of confidence that we deliver world class marketing and advertising programs to the market. Steven is trained in Six Sigma and Professional Selling Skills and is married with three children and a new grandson.
As a graduate of the San Diego State University School of Business, Steven is a seasoned advertising & marketing specialist with a 30-year track record in successfully managing client assignments. He brings a complete understanding of the entire marketing, advertising, and digital ecosystem to the Agency, as well as a proficiency in marketing program origination / implementation. His hands-on management knowledge as well as his ability to organize, drive, and nurture client engagement leads and energizes the team to meet tight deadlines and client needs. Outside the office, Steven is married with two children and enjoys distance running and golfing.
